Everything you'll find ready and waiting during your stay.
Check-in from 3:00pm, check-out by 10:00am. Self check-in with a keysafe — your code and full arrival details are sent by email ahead of your stay.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome — please keep them off the furniture and clean up after them in the garden. £20 per dog, maximum 2 dogs. Towels, a dog bed and bowls are provided.
Riverhouse is a peaceful family cottage — no parties or events, and please be considerate of neighbours after 10pm.
The standard cleaning fee is included in your stay. If the house is left needing a deep clean — exploded food in the microwave, dog hair or spillages on furniture/carpets, an uncleaned BBQ, or dog mess left in the garden — an additional charge will apply.
The smart TV runs on Roku, so you can log into your own Netflix, Prime Video and other streaming accounts during your stay — you're automatically signed out on your departure date, so there's nothing to remember. Heating is gas central with a Nest smart thermostat.
Riverhouse is not wheelchair accessible, but guests with minor mobility considerations should find it manageable. Please review the details below before booking if step-free access is important to you.

| Front door | 2 steps up from the garden path to the threshold |
|---|---|
| Back door | 4 steps up to a small landing, with a handrail on both sides |
| Step-free access | Neither entrance is step-free or suitable for wheelchairs |
| Path surface | The path to the front door is paved; the area around the back door includes some loose gravel |
If you have any questions about access before booking, please get in touch and we're happy to help.
